You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before digital products are delivered. We use secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to describe our digital products, including our Gen AI master prompts, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete, or current. Because AI models update and behave variably, the exact output generated by our prompts may differ based on the platform you use.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in the description or price, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Because our products are purely digital, physical shipping is not applicable. Upon successful payment, your digital products will be delivered instantly or within a maximum of 2 business days via a download link displayed on the checkout page and sent to your registered [EMAIL ADDRESS]. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital assets and downloadable files, all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed or the files have been sent. We generally do not offer refunds for digital products. 

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To violate any local, state, national, or international regulations or laws.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights (including reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of our proprietary AI prompts).

  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, waitaminutes and its owners, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. We provide our digital products strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees regarding the specific business outcomes or AI outputs you will achieve.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
