2. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

  • Email Delivery: Within 60 Minutes of your purchase, an automated email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email contains a permanent link to access and download your files.

4. Tracking Information

  • While traditional tracking numbers (like Blue Dart or Delhivery) do not apply to digital goods, you will receive full digital tracking:

    • An instant order confirmation email with your unique Order ID.

    • A separate email containing your secure download link.

    • If you create an account on our store, you can log in at any time to view your entire purchase history and redownload your files.

5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues receiving your digital files, please check the following steps before reaching out:

  • Incorrect Email Address: If you accidentally misspelled your email address during checkout, the system will send the files to the wrong place.

If you haven't received your download link within 60 Minutes , simply contact our support team at vickygupta72342@gmail.com with your name and Order ID and payment receipt. We will verify your purchase and manually send your files right away.
